We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return or report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at jeffalbert@rogers.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
